From the Coopers brewmaster range, this is a pale straw coloured beer. Moderately light-bodied, slightly sulphurous nose. Clean and lively on the palate with mild flavours and a crisp finish. A good example of a light pale lager with a particularly clean palate.

Requires 1kg of brewing sugar, for best results 500g light spray malt and 300g brewing sugar
