England, Wales and Southern Scotland - Orders Under £39.99:
We charge postage/delivery from £1.98 to £6.25 depending upon size and weight of the order up to a maximum of 20kg. Orders weighing over 20kg, or requiring more than one package, we reserve the right to make a further charge per each additional 20kg or carton, but we would inform you first. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery i.e. nobody to receive and sign for the goods, you will be liable for all re-shipping costs.

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will advise you
a) We will deduct the goods from your order and you will not be charged for it and we will advise you of a similar item.
b) We can delay the shipment of your order until it is in stock, or
c) We can ship any out of stock items at a later date, at cost to yourselves, the cost of which will be advised.
An extra charge will be incurred for deliveries to Northern Scotland and Highlands, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland. Please ask for a quote for delivery to EU countries.
For all orders placed via the payment method of check/money order please call 01543 377117 with your credit card details. Please note for any credit card orders under the value of £5 we charge an additional 49p per order.
Should you order goods in error, they may be returned at your own expense within 14 days of the goods being delivered and signed for. We shall issue a credit note to the full value excluding postal charges which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. HomebrewMegastore accepts no liability for loss or damage during return transit. Confirmation of posting is not guarantee of delivery and items should be sent via a "signed for" service. Alternatively, if you contact us, Homebrew Megastore can arrange for the goods to be collected at cost to yourself plus a handling charge of £10. Homebrew Megastore will then issue a credit note, excluding the original postage charges, and collection charge, within 30 days of the goods being received by HomebrewMegastore.
Should any item have been opened or used, they will not be eligible for a refund. Special Offer items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or faulty.
Damaged Or Incorrect Or Missing ItemsIn the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of signing for the goods what items are damaged. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and will replace at our cost.
If we are not notified within 24 hours we are unable to place a claim with our shippers and will not be able to replace the goods.
If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange for our carriers to collect the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item has been returned we will despatch the correct item.
Should there be any error on the prices shown on the website we reserve the right to charge the correct price after notification to the purchaser.
Do I sign for my goods if they are damaged?
A. If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged. If you sign for the goods in 'Good Condition' we will not be able to process a claim and therefore we cannot refund.
Q. Do I need to keep the packaging?
A. If the goods are damaged, packaging must be kept in case the goods need inspecting with the packaging.
If the packaging is not kept this could invalidate your claim.
Q. Who can start a claim?
A. Only the person that placed the order can start a claim and only the person who placed the order will be paid out.
