Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 2 - 5 working days. However, at busy time there may be a delay of an additional 3-4 days. Should this be the case we will notify you.
England, Wales and Southern Scotland - Orders Under £39.99:
All orders up to 20kg, which can be packed into one container, will be subject to a postage charge of £5.10 + VAT For orders weighing over 20kg, or requiring more than one package, we reserve the right to charge a further £5.10 + VAT per each additional 20kg or carton. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery i.e. nobody to receive and sign for the goods, you will be liable for all re-shipping costs.

For orders weighing over 20kg, or requiring more than one carton due to bulk, we reserve the right to charge a further £5.10 + VAT per each additional 20kg or package. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery i.e. nobody to receive and sign for the goods, you will be liable for all reshipping costs.
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will advise you
a) We will deduct the goods from your order and you will not be charged for it and we will advise you of a similar item.
b) We can delay the shipment of your order until it is in stock, or
c) We can ship any out of stock items at a later date, at cost to yourselves, the cost of which will be advised.
An extra charge will be incurred for deliveries to Northern Scotland and Highlands, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland. Please ask for a quote for delivery to EU countries.
For all orders placed via the payment method of check/money order please call 01543 377117 with your credit card details. Please note for any credit card orders under the value of £5 we charge an additional 49p per order.
Depending upon size and weight an extra delivery cost may be incurred for orders to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and Channel Islands.
